Operating times are 2PM to midnight Saturday and 10AM to 8PM Sunday.

One Point for each Phone Contact (Make as many contacts as possible)
Two Points for each CW Contact (Make as many contacts as possible)
DX counts the same (mark as DX)

Multipliers –
Each of the United States and DC (51 total) , plus the 13 provinces of Canada, ON ANY BAND (once on Phone and once on CW counts as 2 mults) (Mults only need to be worked ONCE, on any band, but can be worked Phone and CW for 2 mults) (DX counts for QSO points only)
